Nnamdi Oguike is a Nigerian writer and University Administrator. His story ‘Camp in Blikkiesdorp’, included in this collection, earned him The Missing Slate’s Author of the Week and Author of the Month selection for March 2016. His story ‘I’m Wearing a Wine-Red Smoking Jacket, How about You?’ was a finalist in the 2018 Africa Book Club Short Story Competition. More of his work has been published in The Dalhousie Review, African Writer, Brittle Paper, and The Wrong Patient and Other Stories. His book of short fiction titled Do Not Say It’s Not Your Country is out now, published by Griots Lounge Publishing. He is a foundation member of staff of Paul University and has worked in many capacities, including as Head of the Examinations/Records and Statistics Unit of the University. He is currently the Special Assistant to the Vice Chancellor.
